Return Policy & Limited Guarantee — iShop Barbados

At Promotech Inc. trading as iShop Barbados (“iShop Barbados”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we value our customers and aim to provide the best service possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to assist in line with the policy below.

This policy applies to purchases made from iShop Barbados and should be read together with any product-specific terms or manufacturer warranty conditions that apply.


1) Warranty Coverage

Apple Products

iShop honors Apple’s one (1) year limited parts & labour warranty on:

  • Computer systems

  • iPads

  • iPods

  • Beats headsets

You can review Apple’s warranty policy for full terms and exclusions.

All Other Goods

All other goods carry a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated on your invoice or in the product listing.

After 90 days from the original purchase date, products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.


2) Exchanges & Refunds (30-Day Window)

Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, and the original invoice must be provided.

To qualify, products must be:

  • In as-sold, working condition, and

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Exception: Packaging/accessory requirements may be waived where the product is being returned due to a manufacturer defect or was misdescribed.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.


3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (except where required by law):

  • Opened software

  • Systems registered to an end user (non-returnable due to licensing/copyright laws)

  • Customized-to-Order (CTO) systems

  • Special-order items

  • Gift cards


4) Restocking Fees

For returns that are not defective and not misdescribed, iShop Barbados reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%, based on the condition of the returned goods and packaging.

Delivery/shipping and related charges (if applicable) are not refundable.


5) Refund Method (Purchases Over $150)

  • No in-store cash refunds will be issued for purchases over $150.

  • Any refund over $150 will be issued by cheque, which can be collected from the store within 1–3 business days after the product is returned.


6) Return Location (Single Store)

All returns must be made to our iShop Barbados location. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility and to receive return instructions.


7) Right to Refuse Returns

iShop Barbados reserves the right to refuse returns, including (but not limited to) situations where:

  • The invoice cannot be provided

  • The return is outside the 30-day return window

  • The product is missing packaging, accessories, or components (where required)

  • The item shows signs of misuse, damage, or is not in as-sold condition

  • The item is non-returnable under this policy
